Update: September 20, 2012: Two years ago I started this blog just to raise awareness about the novel I had just published. One year later it became a place to exercise my fiction-writing muscles. Today I am embarking on the adventure of publishing a long piece, hopefully a multi-volume work, for free for all to see. There’s a donation button to the right over there, but my blog has gone from being the place to let people know I have a book written to a place where I stand my best shot at writing another book. So, please peruse my archives, the first year is essays, the second short fiction, and may you find here fragments of imagination that are helpful in any way possible to your own mind as year three begins with a new long tale telling the stories of The Angels of Eden. Enjoy!
Update: September 25, 2011: It is as of today that the primary theme of this blog is being changed to a place where I can share works of fiction. Look to the archives for the God stuff, look to the future for more creative works. Though, I’m happy to post something more specific to the topic of the divine when occasion calls . . .
Originally (As of September 2010): I started this blog for purely egocentric reasons: I’ll be very, very happy if everyone visiting this page buys my book. That being said, if anyone is going to read this blog, or for that matter give me their money, I am then obligated to have something interesting to say, and for that matter probably something more interesting than how much I want your money. This necessitates an action that’s definitively selfless: Writing something at least interesting enough to amuse, and hopefully, something even helpful. Which brings me to an action which, if done “right” could border on philanthropic. And that’s what this blog is really about. If one wishes to do what will help oneself most in this life, one must also be doing that which is most helpful to everyone else in existence in the process.
So, I have degrees in English, emphasis in creative writing, and Religious Studies from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. And, I have a book to sell. After that, it is my sincere wish that everyone visiting my blog, whether they wish to buy my words prepackaged, or follow them as they flow more freely, will find anything of benefit, and hopefully leave happier than when they arrived!
If you want to know anything else, just ask . . .
P.S. Added March 13, 2011: For anyone who may be wondering, my name is pronounced Tiger-jazz Twirls Big-stick

Drat, I’ve been thinking of you as Ty-GAR-jus…
I enjoyed the first chapter of your book and wish I could purchase it to read the rest. But maybe I’ll find a copy at the Library!
Write On!
Hey Bro,
On your P.S.S., you got the date wrong. Just a heads up!
Keep writing!
Corrected. Thank you!
